Losing weight can be done in various ways. Not only should you stick to a certain diet program, your morning routine for lose weight.
Today, many people are often just fixated on a particular diet menu. Various diet programs are offered. In fact, certain diet menus, without being balanced with physical activity, will make weight loss not optimal.

Losing weight is a combination of proper nutrition and exercise. Both will work optimally if used as a morning routine.

A study published in the International Journal of Obesity found that exercising in the morning can help you lose weight significantly compared to exercising in the afternoon.

You don’t need to do high-intensity exercise. Just moving your body or doing light physical activity can change your diet for the rest of the day.

The study studied a number of participants who underwent a weight loss program for 10 months. The first group exercised at 7 am, and the second group exercised at 3 pm. The results showed that after 10 months, the first group showed more significant weight loss.

Study participants were also only asked to do sports such as jogging or leisurely walking. To lose weight, one only needs to move the body regularly.

Protein intake

In addition to exercising, it is also important to regulate your protein intake in the morning. Nutritionist Brianna Bernard says one of the best habits after a workout is to refuel with nutrient-rich foods like lean protein, healthy fats and complex carbohydrates.

Replenishing protein is important for weight loss after exercise. Studies show that the body uses more calories to metabolize protein than fat and carbohydrates. This means that protein will help you feel full for a longer period of time.

Protein intake is also important to consume within 30 minutes after exercising. Protein intake can be fuel for your muscles. Research shows that protein helps repair and build muscle which helps a person look lean.

In fact, establishing a morning routine for weight loss is not that complicated. You just walk in the morning for 30 minutes. Take a break, then end your morning routine 30 minutes later with a breakfast menu like scrambled eggs.
